In one year they now have people from 220 countries speaking over 100 different languages. May be this is not exactly a crowdsourcing example but by sure it is an other comfirmation of the wisdom of the crowds and how it enables new business modeles over the Internet.

TED Open Translation Project

As a now 42 languages, 909 translators and 322 published translations.
