	<description><![CDATA[In a recent report of CRM decision makers, Nucleus Research, found that adding mobile and social collaboration to CRM increases productivity of sales people. <br />Nucleus surveyed 223 CRM decision makers, analyzing deployments of both vendors in the CRM Value Matrix and niche CRM vendors in the United States and Europe. Respondents included small, medium, and large enterprises using both on-demand and on-premise CRM applications.<br />The report claims that providing sales people with mobile device access to CRM drives a 14.6 percent productivity increase, and adding social drives an additional 11.8 percent productivity boost.<br /><br />How long will it takes before companies adopting social tools to improve their business performance becomes a rule??<br />Leave your comment. ]]></description>

The project will also make the pictures available to everyone on the internet. ]]></description>
