Harvard Business features a story about Best Buy's use of crowdsourcing to refine a job description, and to recruit a "Senior Manager of Emerging Media Marketing".

Given several efforts at crowdsourcing creative content, and product development in recent years, more than a few companies seem to think so. What's less clear is why some crowdsourcing efforts are wildly successful while others fall flat.

This is a crowdsourcing article reporting another example of crowdsoucing model

introduced to support no profit organization in which it needs the help of the crowd for
